Today’s stunning wedding comes to you straight out of Capetown, South Africa. While most brides-to-be take at least a year to even more to plan their weddings, Onyinye and Chima took only two months…and the results were spectacular. The gorgeous couple originally met in Bible Study, then dated for five years before deciding to plan a destination wedding in such a short period of time. Despite the super quick turnaround, their wedding was a dream come true for Onyinye. We love these gorgeous images by Tiffany of Tiffany B Photography. Also, we’ve shared this wedding with our partners over at Ebony.com. Enjoy!
Bride: Onyinye Gaius
Groom: Chima Gaius
Wedding Date: March 23, 2012
Location: Capetown, South Africa
From the bride…“We always wanted a very small wedding because the engagement party was big. The wedding preparation was rushed and planned in 2 months. I even got my dress within the 2 months. We found the venue and vendors online. Gone are the days when you had to start planning for a wedding centuries before. We had never been to Capetown before but the venue got great reviews and as adventurous as we are we decided to go with the flow. We arrived in Capetown 5 days before our wedding. Our families and friends thought we were crazy but we did not want anything too serious. We just wanted a serene atmosphere with a beach and mountains and trees all in one place. We pulled it off with the help of the 12 Apostles wedding coordinator.”
Thanks Onyinye and Chima for sharing your story with us. And a special thanks to Tiffany B Photographer for these gorgeous images. Click here to view the FULL gallery.
