Kasbah Tamadot
Within the vast evergreens and rocky terrain of the grand Atlas Mountains, lies an oasis of sheer comfort and luxury laced with Moroccan hospitality and Berber culture. Sir Richard Branson presents the Kasbah Tamadot, a serene Moroccan retreat fit for Kings. An acquisition during one of Branson’s ballooning excursions in 1998, the Kasbah Tamadot is now an award winning resort that boasts of a 24 room and suite paradise that emulates true Moroccan living and culture. It replaces an informal hotel stay with a more familiar homey experience through its indigenous Berber staff and traditions.
Premises
A marriage between nature’s elements and man-made ingenuity and design transforms this vast spread of land into a Moroccan haven consisting 24 rooms and suites: 15 magnificently decorated rooms and suits in the main building; one master suite with three rooms including a deluxe pool suite and six new Berber inspired tented suites overlooking the grandeur of the Atlas Mountains. Each room and suite has been intricately designed to reflect rich Moroccan culture blended with contemporary elements and antique pieces from all over the world. The arched walkways, textured ceilings and fixtures contribute to a stunning architecture; which coupled with dynamic color schemes and rich décor provides a relaxed and yet remarkable place of domicile. The Berber styled tented suites are conveniently placed on the hillside, providing a spectacular view of the immense landscape of the Atlas Mountains.
