Waiting for the bride to walk down the aisle is the most anticipated moment of the wedding ceremony. It seems like so long ago when brides walked down an aisle that was barely covered by a plastic runner that was rolled out just prior to the bride’s entrance. Today, there’s a new trend, with weddings becoming more and more elaborate. Brides are looking for more trendy ceremony aisles to walk down.
We’ve seen custom aisle runners that have special meaning to the couple, tree branches flanking the aisle, and even amazing floral patterns, that look as if the bride’s feet will never touch the floor. We’ve certainly come a long way since ushers or groomsmen had to roll out the aisle. Presentation is everything and if you want your walk down the aisle to be just as beautiful, unique, and dramatic as you are as a bride, I’ve found some trendy ceremony aisles as a source of inspiration.
