Rhiva and Joshua had a forbidden love … well, “forbidden,” according to work rules, but they fell in love anyway. Boy, was it worth it!

The Meeting …. “We met at an apartment community I was working at in Heathrow, FL. I was his leasing agent, and he was my prospect. It was totally “against the rules” to fraternize with our prospects, but it was hard for this rule to be followed when your heart knows you have finally met your soul mate.”

The Proposal …. “Joshua proposed to me on the rooftop of Sky Lounge, that had a beautiful view of the horizon. He thought that it would be too obvious if he brought at bottle of Champaign, so we had vodka and cranberry’s. As we were laughing and having a good time, he got down on one knee, and popped the question! I was totally shocked!!! With tears in his eyes, and tears in mine, I said YES! It was truly the happiest day of my life!”

From the bride…. “We planned our wedding in 8 months. The challenges were finding a location that I wanted and having to take care of most of the planning without a wedding planner. My family and friends were such a blessing to be able to help me out with all the details that I was becoming a “bridezilla” over. After all the searching and driving near and far, the place we chose, Cranes Roost Park, was right in front of our face the whole time. It was perfect! After we said our I do’s, we had our reception right within walking distance from the ceremony, which made it very easy for our guests. I was hot, tired, and ready to get our drink on! LOL!”
