Sara and Jeremy first met at their local Walgreens where their paths continued to cross from time-to-time.
“We would see each other often and Jeremy would say that he had to beg for my number. I was just playing a little hard to get,” Sara fondly recalls. They became instant friends and were off on their first date soon after. A year later they officially became a couple and have remained inseparable ever since. Sara and Jeremy look forward to bringing both their families together in one place to celebrate their union this April in Memphis. Continue reading all about their love story and wedding plans.

How did you meet? We met in April of 2014 at a Walgreens in Nashville. We would see each other often and Jeremy would say that he had to beg for my number. I was just playing a little hard to get but it worked! We became instant best friends and in July 2015 we became a couple.
Tell us your proposal story. Jeremy has been dying to take me to Las Vegas because I have never been. We planned to go the last weekend in February. We had the best time and made some incredible memories. On our last day in Vegas in our hotel room, I noticed Jeremy pacing but wasn’t really focused on why. And all of a sudden he got down on one knee and asked me to be his wife! It was the BEST ending to an awesome trip!
Describe your engagement session. We had some ideas for what we wanted our session to be but in that moment all those ideas went away and we just wanted to share our love of each other with others and have fun while doing it!
What did you do on your first date? Ha! We went to see The Neighbors – which is really funny because it was kinda inappropriate for a first date but we both love goofy comedies so it really just fits with us.
What’s your favorite thing to do as a couple? Our favorite thing to do together is probably to watch movies – that’s how we started so it makes sense to keep it going.
How has wedding planning been so far? Actually easier than expected. Once you have an awesome photographer (Shira Marie) and you find an awesome planner (Pineapple Processions) the rest is a breeze. But don’t ask me in a few months!
Tell us what you’re looking forward to most on the wedding day. Spending time with each other and bringing all of our families together in one place! Then getting out of there and going on our honeymoon!
