Kathleen and Anthony’s love story began in 2016 when they first crossed paths at work.
The sparks flew over their first date at a wine and tapas bar, and it wasn’t long before they were planning a second date. Soon Kathleen and Anthony were inseparable and their proposal on the horizon. It was Christmas of 2018 when Anthony found their perfect proposal opportunity, gifting Kathleen with a series of seven gifts – the final gift being an engagement ring. Anthony and Kathleen look forward to being pronounced husband and wife on July 4th, 2020 in beautiful Montreal, Canada. Tell us about how you met and all about the proposal. We met at work in 2016! For the proposal, it was Christmas of 2018 and Anthony planned seven gifts; one given every day leading up to Christmas. The first gift was three dozen roses which were to symbolize his appreciation for me. The second gift was a picture frame with a photo from our first trip together; the first day they officially started dating and a quote that stated “together is our favorite place to be”. The third was a package filled with massage oils and a massage so that he can pamper me. The fourth gift was a day at the salon getting my nails done. The 5th gift was Victoria Secret gowns. The sixth gift was a nice expensive bottle of wine (since he knows how much I love wine). The seventh and final gift on Christmas day after recapping the purpose behind all the gifts thus far was the ring! Obviously, I said yes!
Describe your engagement session. We didn’t have a theme but we wanted to exude timeless class, maturity and black excellence.
