Falling In Love: Old Town Alexandria Engagement Session in Washington, D.C.

When Sabina and Daryl went on their first date, they talked for hours. Their chemistry was instant.

Sabina shares, “Daryl knew I was the one immediately lol. He told me three weeks into knowing me that he loved me and was going to marry me.” He ended up proposing last year on New Year’s Day after a church service. It was the perfect proposal: intimate and sweet.

Our first date was your typical dinner date; however, we sat for quite some time getting to know each other.

We ended up getting engaged on New Year’s Day. We came home from church service and in our own home, he got down on one knee and proposed. It was perfect.

Describe your engagement session.

Our engagement session theme was fall and intimate. We wanted to incorporate fall colors into our session and we wanted to capture the essence of Old Town Alexandria in our photos. Our pictures came out very beautiful.
