With COVID-19 still looming, many brides are asking “Should I cancel or postpone the wedding?”
Well, many brides are deciding to keep their wedding date and have intimate, micro weddings that are just as gorgeous as larger weddings. Planner Lillie’ann Smith of Lillie’ann Events & Designs shares,
All of the new rules stemming from the pandemic has forced us as Wedding Planners to rethink how weddings will be produced now and into the future. Hosting big weddings with all of the new rules will mean you will need to have a much larger venue or cut the guest list to make sure couples are in compliance with social distancing. This gave me the idea of offering a curated and customized intimate all-inclusive experience for couples that would be a fraction of the cost of a fully produced wedding.
The big question would be; what would that look like?
I finally put it all together. I produced a styled wedding shoot, featuring my daughter and son in law to be on their original wedding date. With the help of the creative team, we pulled off a fun, creative intimate styled shoot in the heart of downtown Baltimore. It was an amazing experience and one that I believe couples will enjoy because they will have the best of both worlds.
Couples will be able to have their cake and eat it too for a fraction of the cost.
