The proposal…
Ainsley and Danielle were celebrating their three-year anniversary at a NYC restaurant. After dinner, the couple headed to the second floor of the restaurant to take pictures and commemorate their relationship milestone.
After finishing dinner, Ainsley stepped away to the men’s room to prepare himself for the proposal. Danielle had no idea what was going on and had already gotten up from the table and headed to the front of the restaurant to call an Uber home.
When Ainsley returned from the bathroom he asked Danielle where his bag was. Unbeknownst to her, Ainsley had left his work bag at the table during his restroom break. They both walked back to the table and found that the bag was missing. (Danielle also did not know that the ring was in this missing bag).
Ainsley frantically questioned the restaurant staff to see if they spotted the bag. None of the waiters knew where it was.
Finally, right before Ainsley had a mental breakdown, the hostess came over and advised that she had noticed the unattended bag and placed it in the coat check room. Ainsley thankfully retrieved the bag, peeked inside to confirm the ring was intact, and the couple went home.
While he calmed his nerves after nearly losing the ring, Ainsley decided to postpone his proposal plans. That night the two spent the rest of the evening talking about their best memories of the relationship over a bottle of wine.
The next morning Danielle left to run some errands and upon her return found Ainsley in the apartment down on one knee with a beautiful ring. She was completely surprised and filled with joy and excitement!

Styling the bride…
Danielle wore a beautiful form-fitting Enzoani dress with a detachable overskirt along with Kailee P shoes and jewelry from Ai & Eva.
What was the wedding shopping experience like for you?
It was such a fun experience to try on dresses and drive around NYC eating great food!
I spent a weekend in NYC with my mother and sister looking for a dress. After five bridal stores and over 20 dresses, we stumbled upon The White Gown Store in Soho.
I knew I had found my dress when my mom, my sister, and I all shed tears of excitement. The three of us toasted with champagne in the store and celebrated the accomplishment at dinner that evening.
Getting ready with the groom…
Ainsley wore a white Brioni tuxedo jacket, Saint Laurent bow tie, Dolce & Gabbana tuxedo pants, an Alexander McQueen tuxedo shirt, and Christian Louboutin shoes.
