RaQuel Davis and Danny Hopkins were married in a fun and glamorous atmosphere that exuded love, family, and fun. Their planner events by XOXO shares, “We wanted guests to feel pampered and treated like royalty from their entry into the space. This event was unique and different because we were able to give guests a different experience in each space we used. Each room was given full attention to detail to ensure the most pleasurable and memorable experience. Guest entered into the Candela room where they were greeted by staff with a glass Moet Champagne. Once the ceremony started, guests viewed a 4 minute video montage of the couple recapping the dating process and their hopes and dreams of the future. Following the entry of the bridal party and the bride, the bride was surprised and serenaded by grammy award winning artist Johnny Gill as she walked down the aisle.
Following the ceremony, guests were ushered into the Chandelier room where they were served various cocktails as well as hors d’oeuvres. There they were also able to use the social media interaction stations, well wishes station and photo booth. Following cocktail hour, the Carillon ballroom was opened so that guests could enjoy the Bell Tower’s culinary classics. The night ended with the last grand reveal of the chandelier room where guest partied in the ambiance of glow lounge furniture, aerial bartender, stilt walkers, tahitian dancers, and a live band.”

The Proposal
The proposal was done in our home and came from a conversation that started with him simply stating that he could make today very special. I asked how and he went into the closest and came back out with a box in hand and asked me to marry him. He definitely made that day special and memorable.
Wedding Style
A white Winnie Couture Vintage Inspired gown from the Blush Label Collection. A Lovie-Mermaid gown with a satin ruched bodice, with Swarovski beaded details and a full layer tulle skirt.
Most Memorable Moment
Everything was memorable but Johnny Gill singing as I walked down the aisle was breathtaking.
