This styled shoot by way of Canada is so sweet, we just had to share it with you. What we love most is all of the cute little details….the minimalist boutonniere, the flower-like cupcakes, the lush bouquet of pretty pinks and ivory tones, the light and airy lace vintage gown, and even the “bride’s” light blue nail polish. There’s so much inspiration for any DIY bride with a taste for vintage. The photographs, so easygoing and soft, were taken by Gina Ayanna of Beautiful Images Photography. Here’s what Gina had to say about her inspiration for the styled shoot.
The inspiration for this styled shoot was vintage and boho chic. I love the old world feel of vintage but wanted to fuse it with a soft and modern feel. Every aspect of this shoot could be put together by the bride or it can provide inspiration that could be passed on to a wedding planner. The boho chic aspect ties in perfectly with the use of nature and all the beautiful background elements that help to enhance the images. A great tip for brides is to check out Vintage dress shops at the beginning of the dress search because you can come across a gem and have it altered to fit perfectly. This defintley helps you to stand out from the rest of the brides today. This dress is from the 70’s but was adjusted to keep it current.
