For these two kings, the only thing that will rule their castle will be the unconditional love they have for each other.
Terrell and Christopher met in a surprise of events after attending a movie screening. Caught off guard by their initial interaction, love would grow deeply between the two. Then during a stroll one crisp, fall evening in November, Christopher proposed to Terrell and the two decided then, that there was only room in their castle for love.

Tell us how you met and all about the proposal. We met one fateful night at a movie premiere in Raleigh NC. Later down the road, after a long day of Christmas shopping in Georgetown, Chris asked me on a cold November night, to take a walk with him on the boardwalk. Once we arrived Chris expressed how much he loved me and that he wanted to spend his life with me. Without warning, he dropped to his knee in front of everyone and asked me to marry him! After crying hysterically, I said yes!
Wedding Style: I wore a custom LLSI Men tuxedo, white jacket with paisley design and velvet wide lapel with black trousers. Chris wore a classic shawl-collared black tux from the Black Tux. Our desire was to have a classic simplistic wedding that showcased our love for vintage and old glam. It was a classic black & white color scheme with hints of gold.
What was the wedding shopping experience like for you? I was a little behind; Initially, I shopped around and didn’t settle on the designer until the beginning of August 2019.
What is your best memory from your wedding? Our best memory we agree, was Chris’s reading of his wedding vows to me. It was beyond what was ever imagined!
Quick Facts:
Wedding party gifts: All the groomsmen received personalized wedding flasks and shot glasses and the maid of honor received a weekender bag full of gifts.
Ceremony entrance song: We chose to walk down separately to “Why I Love You” by Major., and “All for Me” by Eric Robeson.
First dance song: “Through The Wire” (Kelly Price version).
What is the best wedding advice you can give to engaged couples? Compromise, compromise, compromise; you may have different visions of how you both see the big day. Be willing to be open to each other’s ideas and plan ahead – there are so many hidden details that will creep up on you.
