Often times when you look at magazines across all industries, there is hardly representation of normal sized girls. So we’re left to imagine what that pretty little dress would look like on us. In this bridal editorial put together by our Coterie fam, Veronica Fazio, the focus is on the bride. Both models look divine in their dresses, fit perfectly for their curves. We’re loving not just the bridal style, but the makeup and hair styling as well.
From Veronica Weddings & Events
“Our very first styled shoot was inspired by the lack of curvy and black brides wedding day being featured on the cover of wedding magazines or in the center pages. Don’t get me wrong, our wedding industry is growing by leaps and bounds, yet our black curvy girls or normal sizes girls are being left behind.
With the contributions of so many wonderful vendors, we wanted do something different from the normal styled shoot of tablescapes etc, we wanted the focus to be on our ladies shining like diamonds from the inside out.
We kept it simple and clean with the emphasis being the girl, her dress, individual style, silhouette and how she shines when comfortable in her own skin. Our girls are bold and beautiful on their big day too.”
