Classy Engagement Photos at The National Cathedral Washington DC

Jennifer and Kevin’s classy engagement photos at the National Cathedral in Washington DC are serving black tie looks and lots of love!

Searching for love online, the couple first connected on the popular dating app Hinge. They struck up a conversation and after getting to know each other online, they eventually went on their first date IRL to a local food spot, El Paso Mexican Restaurant.

Within the first 6 months of meeting, Jennifer and Kevin spent all but two weekends apart from one another. They knew they’d found their person! Kevin proposed at Keys Winery while they were on a family vacation in the Massanutten Mountains in Virginia during the summer of 2022.

The couple returned to the site of their second date (the National Cathedral in Washington DC) for a classy engagement session to celebrate! They officially said I-do earlier this year on September 1st, 2023 at The Belvedere & Co. Events venue in Baltimore.

How they met…

We met online via the Hinge dating site.

The proposal…

Kevin joined Jennifer and her family on their getaway in the Massanutten Mountains in Virginia summer of 2022. Kevin took just Jennifer out for an intimate lunch at the Cross Keys winery and there they both enjoyed lunch in a quiet intimate room.

Thereafter, Kevin got down on one knee and popped the question! Jennifer was so excited that when she saw the ring she forgot to even say yes! From there, Jennifer and Kevin went back to rejoin the family to share the wonderful news! And the rest is history!

When they knew they found “the one”…

Kevin and Jennifer both knew they were perfect for one another when they could not stand to spend a weekend apart from each other. Within the first 6 months of meeting, they spent all but two weekends apart from one another.

Engagement session & theme…

Kevin’s family is Catholic and we both wanted to show that tradition through our engagement photos. Also, our third date was actually at the National Cathedral during Halloween.
