Couple weds at one of DC’s most beloved venues, District Winery, with a romantic sunset ceremony, delicious food and wine, and more.
Chloe and Brian first met in college at the University of Maryland College Park and have been inseparable ever since! The pair got engaged the day after Valentine’s Day on February 15th, 2020 at the Kennedy Center Opera House in DC. With so many key moments of their love story happening in Washington, it only made sense to tie the knot there!
Set at the District Winery along the Potomac River, their DC wedding boasted modern vibes with romantic floral details. They dined on delicious food, sipped exquisite wines, and danced the night away with their closest friends and family. Other highlights include an emotional first look and wedding portraits in front of several iconic DC backdrops. It was truly the wedding of their dreams!

How they met…
We met in college at the University of Maryland College Park.
The proposal…
Brian proposed the day after Valentine’s Day (February 15th) of 2020. It went down at the Kennedy Center, and then we could barely sit through the show because we were so excited.

Portraits…
Wedding style, attire, & shopping experience…
My dress was from Kleinfeld in New York (which is a tradition in my family). I was so excited that I was able to make the trip to New York with my Mom and Grandmom despite the pandemic!
Cultural elements…
I am Jewish, and we incorporated a few Jewish elements into the wedding- including smashing the glass at the end of the ceremony, and of course the hora!
Favorite wedding day memories…
We got lucky with an absolutely amazing sunset that made the night extra special. I loved the experience of getting hair and makeup done with all of my people. We also loved the moments right after the ceremony in the bridal suite at District Winery when it really sunk in that we were actually married.
