Featuring gorgeous details such as jade detailing, delicate lace, and classic Chinese knotting, this East Asain-inspired styled shoot showcases beautiful Asian-inspired designs that perfectly represent the four seasons.
During a time when many Asian Americans found themselves questioning their safety and belonging, a team of Asian women from all over the country came together to create an empowering set of images, to hold safe space, and to share our love for our heritage with one another and the world. We couldn’t have dreamed of a better day, venue, or group of people.

The Four Seasons
Featuring four models, this passion project is based around seasonal florals essential to Chinese art and literature with the intent of fostering representation for Asian brides. For many dynasties and centuries, florals are known as the “Four Noble Ones” and have represented strong character and uprightness. The orchid bloom for spring, the bamboo plant to complement summer’s joy, the chrysanthemum for the sophisticated autumn, and the plum blossom for the serene winter.

The Vendor Team
The basis for our vendor team was for creative Asian women to be at the forefront of this styled shoot, and through the efforts of women from across the country, we accomplished just that. From beginning to end, we curated a visual dream that translates East Asian culture into the language of the luxury wedding space. Each of the final images from this timeless set of photographs is brimming with gratitude, generational stories, and a message to every bride or groom of color and of culture;
There is room for you at the table, and your story and your heritage is welcome here.
