What to Expect:
Not your typical “business” retreat.
Our annual Coterie Retreat is a luxurious educational networking extravaganza filled with ample time for learning and fun! The retreat is an excellent opportunity for wedding vendors to connect and engage with other leading wedding industry professionals.
Whether you’re a member of our Muna Coterie (Munaluchi’s exclusive collection of elite wedding vendors servicing the multicultural bridal market!), or simply attending to gain invaluable knowledge on how to grow your business the right way, the Coterie Retreat is sure to inspire you and help take your business to the next level.
Our itinerary this year will include plenty of time for reflection and networking, plus the popular Deep Dive Lunchtime Discussions are back!
During general sessions, venture over to the Coterie Marketplace to have one-on-one meetings with partner destinations like Cayman Islands, St. Kitts, The Bahamas, the US Virgin Islands, and St. Lucia, and get acquainted with partner hoteliers from Half Moon Resort in Jamaica, Spice Island Resort in Grenada, and The Cliff in Jamaica.
And, of course, we throw the most AMAZING parties. Style guide coming soon :)

This month we announced the incredible Preston Bailey as our keynote speaker!
Recently named as one of the best wedding designers in the world by Vogue Magazine,
Preston Bailey has been globally celebrated for his unique ability to transform ordinary spaces into lush, theatrical environments. This talent has helped to establish him as the premier Event Designer for a client roster that includes celebrities, royal families, CEOs, and athletes.
Since opening his design studio in 1980, Preston has been sought out to create one-of-a-kind, transformative designs that serve as backdrops for some of the most memorable moments of his client’s lives.
