How Did You Meet
Terell: Brittany and I both attended Bishop McNamara High School. I still remember our first encounter in the Fine Arts building. It was almost like a slow-motion effect with the sun directly over her. The funny part about the whole situation is that I never saw her again. Over time we developed a strong friendship and quickly built a closer relationship.
Brittany: February 4th, 2011 I was a sophomore in college taking classes at PGCC, I had an unread message waiting for me on Blackboard… Wait a sec. . .is that the same guy I saw in the Fine Arts building one day? We shared messages back and forth for the remainder of that night and soon exchanged numbers. From that day on, we talked every day and began to develop a genuine friendship and we have been inseparable ever since.
How did he propose?
Terell: May 30, 2018, Easter Sunday, I realized I wanted to spend the rest of my life with her. We had been together for 7 years and I was still deeply in love as I was when we met.
The next day I rushed to work to tell my brothers the good news. For two weeks straight we talked about when I would ask her. God was definitely speaking to me. I left the ring shop and went directly to the cemetery. I wanted to show my respect and appreciation by going to speak with Brittany’s father and ask for his approval. That night I took her to her favorite restaurant, Mike’s American Grill. I stood up in front of everybody and kneeled with a suede box in my hand and said,… Brittany Alexis McCoy, Will you marry me?
Wedding Planning
Noelle with Lily & Grayson Weddings worked closely with Brittany and Terell to build a strong vendor line-up with the most talented teams in the area.
