Describe your business. Just Dream is a wedding planning business that focus on bringing the luxury out of every Bride and Groom. Just Dream is a company that guides you in the right direction and a company that has your back the entire way.

What did you do before starting your business in the wedding industry? I was a paralegal. My paralegal career has helped me on the contract end of wedding planning. I know what to look for in each contract which helps me to successfully negotiate on pricing or items.

How long have you been in the wedding industry? I have been doing weddings on the side for family and friends for about 11 years, but I officially have been doing weddings on my own as a business since July 2015.

How would you describe your style? I love the lavishing look, I like things to be clean, but leave a statement at the same time.

What motivates you? The smiles on a Bride & Groom’s face. That alone is motivation. To see all the hard work come to life is motivation.

Why should brides/grooms choose you? I treat each Bride/Groom like family. I genuinely build connections with them. Like family I lead them in the right direction. I watch out for their best interests, I fight for them and what they believe in and for wedding day I execute their vision to the maximum.

How does your company define and measure success? Success is happiness; being able to do what I love and be comfortable. Success isn’t defined by money for us. Success is defined by the acknowledgments; the thank you, the reviews, the special shout outs. All that, is what really makes us successful!

What do you enjoy most about your work? The best part is the setting up. Executing all the work that is on paper into real life. I always find that part the best.

Describe a proud moment while working in the wedding industry. Making the last minute impossible, POSSIBLE!

What’s the best compliment you’ve received for your work? I usually work mainly with the Bride and the Groom. So to receive a compliment from someone that is not a part of the wedding, but hear the stories from the Bride and the Groom is amazing. To know that the couples are speaking great things about my company is amazing. To know that the couples tell their family and friends, they do not have anything to worry about because Elle got it…is the best compliment in life.

What are your business goals? Like every business my goals are too grow! To Keep pushing the company to its best potential. To accomplish all avenues.

What’s your favorite part of the wedding industry? Sitting down and creating new set-ups, to try to figure out new set-ups that hasn’t been already done before and if it has, how can I make it my own.

What’s your least favorite part of the wedding industry? In the wedding industry we have to break down everything we set up. That part is the draining part!

Describe your vision of the “perfect” wedding. Perfect wedding for me is working with a Bride that has a vision but at the same time is open to other things as well.

Where do you find the most inspiration? Honestly, I love Hobby Lobby and Michaels. I just walk down the aisle and look for things that pop out to me. I then use that as creation to design sweetheart tables, centerpieces, or something for the wedding.

Is there anything else you’d like our readers to know? I love, LOVE… Which is why Weddings are my thing. I love to see everything come together, I love to see the LOVE in a wedding. My Brides and Grooms become family and when it’s time for us to part our ways after the wedding it’s always rough for me.
