Classic elegance was the style of this couple’s beautiful hilltop Jamaica Destination Wedding in Montego Bay.
Set at the historic Bellefield Great House, Tracey and Charles’s wedding was everything they could have hoped for. After having to delay their original wedding because of the Pandemic, they were overjoyed to finally tie the knot in front of their family and friends.
Tracey shares, “If I have to choose one [favorite] memory it would be the ceremony. The setting and decor were beautiful and after such a delay, getting that moment was everything we dreamed of.”

The proposal…
3 years later and their love has grown into an unbreakable bond. Charles proposed to Tracey on Christmas Day of 2018 in the presence of her mom (Lorraine) and son (Omar) after faking a family Christmas photo opportunity.
Wedding style & attire…
Tracey wore a wedding dress from designer Enzoani. Charles wore a tailored suit. She shares, “We were going for a classic and elegant look that went with our location.”

Wedding shopping experience…
Tracey says, “The wedding dress shopping was fun, so many beautiful dresses to choose from. Tried on about 15 dresses before choosing one. My advice would be to not try on too many dresses as it will be harder to decide on which one to choose. Keep your location, bridesmaid dresses and wedding decor top of mind.”

Best wedding day memory…
“Honestly, the whole wedding was a vibe and we loved everything. After being delayed a year with Covid, it turned out better than we could have expected. If I have to choose one memory it would be the ceremony. The setting and decor were beautiful and after such a delay getting that moment was everything we dreamed of.”
Wedding advice for other engaged couples…
“As you are planning your wedding, don’t get overwhelmed. Know that the day will be magical no matter what you choose. It’s your day and everyone’s opinion doesn’t matter but yours. If you can, hire a wedding planner, it really helps with all of the details. Thanks to Oniki & her team, I felt like I was a guest at my destination wedding which allowed me to enjoy my day.”
