COVID-19 quarantine restrictions have sadly caused many engaged couples to postpone their weddings. However, there are a number of couples who have decided to get married anyway, opting for small intimate weddings. Dr. Iyabo Webzell (Okuwobi) and her husband Neil Webzell did just that.
Dr. Iyabo shares, “Neil and I had planned our wedding for May 31st in England, UK, but COVID-19 happened. We did not want to postpone our wedding, so we opted for a Zoom wedding in the courtyard of our home. Our daughters and sons were the bridal party, and a pastor from our home church, Buckhead Church, officiated the wedding. Our neighbors celebrated with us from their windows, patios, and doorsteps and about 90 guests joined in on Zoom!! It was beautiful!!”
If you are planning an intimate wedding during quarantine, the Webzell’s wedding will provide you with inspiration on how to do so safely and beautifully. See all of their lovely photos below.

Best Wedding Memory
My best memory from our wedding was stepping out with my daughter and seeing all our neighbors dressed up and waiting for me, and seeing all the guests on zoom on the laptop waiting!!! It was spectacular and dreamy!!

The fact that quarantine does not overshadow such an important event is great. Often it is simply better to follow safety measures and ask all guests to take tests for covid. In addition, you can pass rapid covid-19 testing
