This modern fashion-styled shoot features pops of vivid red against a sweet creme-colored background and high fashion elements, creating a classic, yet contemporary, and chic aesthetic. The gold tableware, along with the red and white flowers, elevates the rustic vibe of the venue, making it blend perfectly with the high fashion details of the bride and groom. This styled shoot took place at The Common House, a new venue in Richmond, Virginia.
The goal of this editorial was to assemble a team that could highlight this new venue in Richmond in a way that hadn’t been previously done, by focusing on subtle nods to high fashion elements (including a classic black YSL clutch and the ever-iconic red lipstick). Kerri Johnson of Elle Loren Events was drawn to the contrast of the color red within the white walls of the space.

The Alexandra Grecco (dress) was so feminine and beautiful on Taylor! Taylor and Jeff are a real couple, so we leaned into that and guided them into organic posing and loved the interactions we got from them as a result!
