Once upon a time an Atlanta party planner named Eliana did something grand – she put together a business mixer for us in Atlanta. That was back in 2011 and it was our first time meeting Eliana and an introduction to the Atlanta market. Our magazine was just a year old and people barely knew who we were, nevertheless, the event was a success. We had a nice intimate group of Atlanta’s best in attendance and they all walked away with more knowledge about the brand.
Fast forward to three years later, April 24, 2014…
As part of our nationwide tour, Eliana gracefully agreed to host us again. This time around, we had over 500 guests (registration was at capacity in less than 48 hours) including the best wedding professionals in Atlanta, brides-to-be, Atlanta tastemakers, and our Coterie family. In fact, members of our Coterie family came all the way from Alabama, Memphis, South Carolina and Florida. It was truly a magical evening.
Now let’s talk about the decor. Yellow sunshine never looked this good. Yellow roses and florals were dripping from every corner of the Biltmore. The centerpiece of the ballroom was a round tablescape with the most beautiful ceiling to floor draping and a yellow ombre floral “linen” created by Andy Beach. He also created the most gorgeous backdrop – an ombre yellow floral wall. There were posh white lounge areas with yellow floral accents and a cake table with a drop dead gorgeous cake from For Goodness Cakes upon entering. In the main ballroom, guests were served delicious food from Bold American and Greedy Palates on one side of the ballroom and the sweetest desserts from Atomic Ice Cream and Sinful Sweets on the other. Specialty cocktails were served at our full service Munaluchi-branded bar. On each side of the main ballroom, our Coterie family had a chance to set up their company displays for the brides-to-be to view including a super fun photobooth by Sophia Barrett Studios.
Throughout the night, our yellow dance floor by Indaglow Productions was occupied because the band, Atlanta Allstars and DJ One Sound and Entertainment truly put on a show! They were wildly entertaining and kept the party going. Enjoy this coverage from our photographers, Milanes Photography, Inije Photography and Dana Lee Jones. And head over to our facebook page for more photos.

There were over 500 brides-t0-be, wedding professionals and friends of Munaluchi in attendance. And the crowd was fabulous! But we expected nothing less in Atlanta:). Check out some photos taken by Inije Photography. More in the gallery on our facebook page. Don’t forget to tag yourself!
This is such a cute “step and repeat.” We love our new “Munaluchi” sign Lauren! She also did all the decals you see in these pictures. It was a pleasure to see some of the guests striking a pose with MunaLuchi. Thanks for capturing these photos so beautifully Dana Lee Jones! There’s more on our facebook page. Head over there and tag yourself!
This video by Frank and Mia Films is a perfect recap to the entire night. We have to once again thanks Eliana for planning and designing such a spectacular event. And thanks to all the sponsors and Coterie family that participated and/or attended. We appreciate you!
