Happy Sunday and Happy Black Marriage Day. We’ve got a gorgeous wedding to share with you today. To go along with her “platinum and pink” wedding theme, Erica wore a blush organza gown from Vera Wang for David’s Bridal. It was simply stunning. And to add some contrast, Erica had her bridesmaids wear mix-and-match dresses in various shades of gray. Capturing all the glamour of the day was TG Anderson of Ubara Photo. Meet the couple.

“The planning process started right away. I knew the venue that I wanted and the colors. Pink is my favorite color so when I laid my eyes in the White by Vera Wang blush organza gown I knew that I had to have it. It was the show stopping dress that I dreamed of. My theme was “a platimun and pink affair”. Those colors togther just bring a beautiful couture look togther so effortlessly. Due to the fact that I had a large wedding party (21), the challenge came when I tried to get everyone togther and on one accord. I allowed my girls to choose their own dress style as long as they came from the same two designers and the shades are grey or just a lttle off. There were plenty complaints that not having the same dress and in the same color would make the wedding party look unorganized but I knew what I wanted and boy oh boy did my idea work. My Maid of Honor’s dress actually faded from grey to a lighter grey to blush. I just wanted something different and very fashion forward and daring and thankfully I got all that I ever wanted and more. Picking my venue was a no brainer – Celebrations in Bensalem, PA is like a one stop shop. Their facility is fabulous and the service and attention to detail is impeccable. They really help you every step and make you feel at ease.”
