On November 20th, we officially kicked off our city-to-city tour in Washington DC. The tour consists of a series of events in which we bring together brides-to-be, wedding professionals and friends of Munaluchi together for cocktails, hors’ d oeuvres, fashion and fun. The brides get to meet one-on-one with our awesome Coterie members (The Coterie is our exclusive wedding collective) and wedding professionals get a chance to network with one another. At the end of the event, everyone leaves with a swag bag, and plenty of great memories:). It was truly an amazing kickoff to what is going to be an amazing series of events, and we are thrilled to share images of our 2nd tour stop in NYC.
For our 2nd stop, we threw a holiday party at The Highline Hotel located in Chelsea. And it was pretty awesome! The High Line Hotel was the absolute perfect venue, with super high ceilings and a rustic/gothic setting. A special thanks goes out to the Catering and Sales Manager, Elizabeth Kot. You must get in touch with her to learn more about The Highline and have to offer in terms of an events space.
Our hosts, Lauren Beamon of Elle’s Couture Events and Makini Brereton of Makini Regal Design did a fantastic job with the planning and decor. Everyone is still raving about it. As guests entered, they were escorted into the venue and greeted with a cocktail. High and low tables draped with the prettiest linens from The Finishing Touch NYC in various shades of Radiant Orchid and cascading centerpieces dripping with orchids and roses added the perfect dose of elegance to the room. Aside from the gorgeous decor, the lighting provided by John Fitzpatrick was out of this world – complete with a “snowflake” light show. The lighting along with the live jazz band, Subject to Change, helped set the perfect mood.
Some highlights included the Ciroc Donuts which were made right on the spot thanks to Sweet Dreams Gourmet Mini Donuts. If those weren’t sweet enough, guests also enjoyed the prettiest floral cupcakes and treats from BcakeNY. Guests also indulged in a bit of pampering provided by The Nail Boutique. And the photobooth by Gophotobooths NYC was so much fun. What’s a party without a photobooth? We also have to thank all of the amazing sponsors for this event. Your contributions were so instrumental in making this event a success. And for our Coterie members, you rock! The feedback we’ve heard from the brides that attended has been amazing. You all are truly some talented wedding professionals.
Here is a recap video produced by our newest Coterie member, Nikki of MaeB Films. We love it!
