Subscription Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your magazine subscription, please notify us in writing or call 888-501-1272. You will receive a prorated refund on all un-mailed copies. Single issues will not be refunded. MunaCoterie Membership Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your membership to MunaCoterie, you can do so at any time by visiting your Account Profile in your MunaCoterie Membership Hub and canceling via the billing portal. Subscription payments are non-refundable and will be billed according to the billing option you selected at the time of registration. By signing up for a MunaCoterie subscription, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Return/Refund policy. Any cases of chargeback fraud by the customer will be reported to the Credit Bureaus.
Delivery
Our magazines ship quarterly. Please allow up to one month from the release date for delivery. If your magazine has not arrived after this date, we will happily send you a replacement. If your magazine has printing or binding errors, please call 888-501-1272 for a replacement, or email [email protected]. Regretfully, we can not replace magazines damaged during delivery or use.
Payment Options
Payments for single issue subscriptions, digital, and print advertisements will be accepted via this website. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Change of Address
Send an email to [email protected] with your updated contact information. Address changes will be processed within 2 weeks. Magazines may not be forwarded by the Post Office, even if you file an address change. We regret that we cannot replace issues discarded by the Post Office due to an address change.
