The theme was “Rehearsing for the Rehearsal Dinner,” splendid and romantic. Professionals from Munaluchi’s Houston based Coterie had planned a candlelit dinner for three couples. Darryl Wilson of D’Concierge Events designed the Penthouse of Hotel Sorella in City Centre Houston specially for the loving guests. The couples, Gina and Andre, Shauna and Marcus, and Christine and Ananth were greeted with a glass of Rose Champagne; an appropriate choice for the floral decor. A black table cloth rested underneath the elaborate floral inspired plates, chargers, and linens. Laser cut stationery by Isabella Invitations, fell in line with the floral motif, adding a sweet elegance. Chef Clinton Jackson of CJ’s Masterpiece prepared an array of dishes for the couples to choose from. Roasted Quail with Texas sweet potato purée, Pan seared Herb Chicken Breast with English Sweet Pea Purée, and New York Strip with Parmesan Mashed Potatoes were amongst the dinner options.
Overlooking the City Centre, the Houston Culinary Experience merged upscale elegance with wedding dreams. Take a look at the “Rehearsing for the Rehearsal Dinner” themed experience with photography and videography by Addison J Weddings Photography & Videography.
