Five years of marriage and over a decade of love is something to celebrate, and Jerry and Bhertie did just that with a romantic anniversary session in Ghana.
Bhertie loves the fact that Jerry is selfless, caring, and thoughtful. He likes the fact that she’s honest, forgiving, thoughtful, and quick to apologize. Their advice for newlyweds: “Never sleep over a misunderstanding. Be open and kind to each other.”

When did you get married?
Jerry met Bhertie in 2009 on campus and they tied the knot in 2016.
Romantic Jerry who is always full of surprises planned his proposal with his sister-in-law. Bhertie was adamant about stepping out on a Friday night after a stressful week but they, however, lured her out with her favourite, Chinese!
As kind-hearted and curious as she always is, they anticipated that she would have a look at the bill and also attempt to settle it thus, they decided that would be the best way to pull a surprise on her.
After the sumptuous meal. The waiter arrived with the bill in a leather wallet pouch of some sort. She quickly grabbed it and to her surprise, His proposal was written on a piece of paper accompanied by a ring. He went down on one knee and teary-eyed Bhertie said YES!
Over 5 years of selfless love has brought them this far by Jehovah’s grace and they are looking forward to an eternity together. She loves the fact that Jerry is selfless, caring, and thoughtful. He also likes the fact that she’s honest, forgiving, thoughtful, and quick to apologize.
After a long year of being indoors due to Covid-19, they plan on traveling the world when the pandemic is officially over but for now, they are going on several road trips across the country.

Regularly going on dates and always surprising each other with gifts

The shoot was inspired by the movie “Grease”. The romantic scenes in the movie are our favorite.
What do you love most about one another?
Jerry is selfless and Bhertie is a very loving person.
