“I like to tell the stories of our clients through the details…”
Kristen Van Hauen of Bourbon & Lace Event Services discusses her inspiration for this NOLA styled shoot that tells the story of the city’s soft romantic feel tucked in its atriums. New Orleans is a city of rich, vibrant culture; distinct French and Spanish Creole architecture, Cajun cuisine, Jazz music & Second Line marching bands, Mardi Gras and much more – a place of great inspiration. The bold romantic floral color-palette combined with soft-lit ethereal atmosphere, natural wood table & chairs, and regal decor & place settings beautifully captures the feeling of historic New Orleans in this elegant soft romance styled shoot.

Inspiration for this shoot was the soft romantic feel of New Orleans seen in the atriums tucked in the historic area. With a pop of bold color that screams spring time in the south. The city has so many different faces to it, similar to opening a new book and getting pulled into the story. I like to tell the stories of our clients through the details.
