The Style of Sophistication: Vintage 007 Inspired Styled Shoot

Set within the historic Muckenthaler Mansion, this James Bond inspired styled shoot combines the sophisticated Bond theme with a vivid floral decor. The California setting, brilliant color palette, vintage flair in the attire, and antique sports car all ties together seamlessly for an old Hollywood aesthetic that will have you taking notes for your upcoming events. Our team wanted to create a James Bond wedding theme. But, when you think of James Bond you think of the typical black tie event. When designing I always want to stay away from the norm, and think outside the box. For this styled shoot I combined the distinct style of sophistication with the pops of color representing the “Art.” We chose to do the styled shoot at the unique, one and only, Muckenthaler Mansion in Fullerton, CA. A sporty white convertible Porsche added a classic touch to the shoot, while the bride’s sleek Sottero and Midgley gown and the groom’s dashing tuxedo from Friar Tux played up the James Bond them. The colorful elements are seen in the bouquet, tablescape, cake design, and invitation. The overall floral design highlights bright emerald hues paired with vibrant pops of fuchsia, purple and gold to create a regal feel.
