“Toast to the Future”-Romantic E-Session in Birmingham: Tombi and Demetrius

For Tombi and Demetrius the number 21 has special significance. Tombi met Demetrius on the 21^st day of her Daniel Fast. She had been praying that she would meet a great man for her and her son. It just happened that 3 weeks earlier Demetrius also prayed that he would meet his wife. When a storm left Tombi and her son stranded outside Demetrius’ house, it seemed as if God had answered their prayers. After a whirlwind romance, Demetrius proposed to Tombi 11 months later!

They celebrated their upcoming nuptials with a romantic e-session in Birmingham, AL . The theme of the session was an intimate date for two. The couple shared a toast to their future while seated at a gorgeous sweetheart tabled decorated with a delicious cupcake bouquet. After the intimate setting for two, they enjoyed a fun filled evening of bike riding! The Price Approach Photography  captured every moment of the love they shared.

How They Met

We met January 28, 2014 in the Winter Storm in Birmingham, AL. Both of us knew it was nothing but the strong act of GOD that brought us together and we have been inseparable ever since. I met Demetrius on the 21st day of the Daniel Fast. I had been praying that I would meet a great man that would be great for me and my son. Later Demetrius revealed to me that he had prayed 3 weeks prior which was also 21 days and the Lord told him he would meet his wife in 3 weeks. Well we did meet by an act of GOD and we have been so blessed to have each other and it has been a tremendous blessing. I was stranded and could not get up the hill to my home so I had to leave my car at his house just below the hill. My son went to the door to knock and Demetrius came outside and we met from there.

The Proposal 

The proposal was on 11/23/2014. He surprised me when he got home from work and asked me to be his wife. I told him I did not want anything spectacular, but I wanted that private moment. I did tell him whenever he proposed I wanted him to put the Neo hat on because I always thought he looked very nice and stylish in that hat so he did put that hat on for me! LOL

Engagement Session

The theme of the session was an intimate date for two which featured a sweetheart tabled decorated with a cupcake bouquet for the lovers to share. They also shared a toast to their future while gazing into each others eyes. After the intimate setting for two, they enjoyed a fun filled evening of bike riding as they enjoyed every moment of the love they share laughing and being each other’s best friend.

On our first date we went to the movies to see “ About Last Night” with Kevin Hart.

Favorite Thing to Do as a Couple

Oh we love to travel! Demetrius took me on my very first cruise and I had the time of my life!
