Outdoor Attractions
While there’s an abundance of water activities, from windsurfing to sailing and everything in between, Barbados also has a beautiful wildlife that is a must see for any visitor. Consider visiting the Barbados Wildlife Reserve which is down the road from Farley Hill National Park. Get an up close look at the exotic birds, monkeys, and more in their natural habitat. If you’re not a huge fan of the intimate wildlife experience but still want an outdoor activity on your itinerary, a tour of the active Harrison’s Cave might suit you. Cave tours range from 45 minutes to 4 hours, depending on your physical capabilities and level of adventure.

Watch a Horse Race
One of the oldest horse race tracks in the Americas, The Garrison Savannah is a great spot to soak in the sun while watching the local horse races. The horse race schedule can be seen here. There is also an incredible opportunity to watch the horse trainers groom their horses along Pebbles Beach before races as well.
