Within the fashion industry today, the million dollar question has become What Would Michelle Obama Wear to the Presidential Inauguration Balls? All eyes will be focused on what Michelle Obama and her daughters Malia and Sasha will wear to the two presidential inauguration balls. It comes as no surprise that designers have created stunning inauguration inspirations for the First Family’s ladies. Top designers – Chanel, Tommy Hilfiger, Francisco Costa for Calvin Klein Collection, Bouchra Jarrar, Vera Wang, Nicole Miller, Monique Lhuillier, Lela Rose, and L’Wren Scott have shared with Women’s Wear Daily their dream looks for Michelle and her daughters. Monique Lhuillier seems to be a pretty, good style inspiration pick.

Tommy Hilfiger for Malia and Sasha Obama
Tommy Hilfiger shared how he came up with his designs for First Daughters – Malia and Sasha.
Some suggested looks for the daughters as well as for Mrs. Obama; Tommy Hilfiger actually chose to only focus on the younger set. “My designs for the first daughters are inspired by American spirit with bold pops of color in classic red, white and blue,” he said. “Sasha’s cropped tux jacket over an A-line silk dress takes a youthful twist on her mother’s classic style. Malia has great style, and I thought it would be fun to see her in a fashion-forward tuxedo jumpsuit.” [WWD]
Michelle put fresh face designer Jason Wu onto the fashion global map when she wore his creation for the Inauguration Ball four years ago. Which designer inspiration do you think Michelle will wear?
