To serve. I have helped plan weddings that included cake in addition to tea cakes, pralines, pecan tarts, mini sweet potatoe pies, chocolate candy pops, etc.
IMHO, the cake IS the dessert.
Cake and desserts
There is something called thecrepecakecompany.com and they make marvelous crepe cakes which I would serve with jams, fruits, nutella, etc. And they can be teired like traditional wedding cakes.
I would serve cake and desserts and/or a candy bar.
Our candy buffet was a huge hit!!
Ice cream and maybe a cand bar
