Music sensation Tina Turner has married her long-term boyfriend of 27 years Erwin Bach in a lavish ceremony at their home near Lake Zurich in Switzerland, reports Hello magazine. The iconic rock star, who taught us “what’s love got to do with it,” chose to wear a dazzling green and black silk Armani wedding dress covered with Swarovski crystals.
She initially saw the dress at a catwalk in Beijing. Tina told Hello magazine, “I thought, ‘I gotta have that even if I never wear it.’ Then I thought, ‘I know that will be my wedding dress.” She also requested for all her female guests to wear white and all male guests to wear black tie.
Sharing her big day, Tina said, “It’s that happiness that people talk about, when you wish for nothing, when you can finally take a deep breath and say, ‘Everything is good’. It’s a wonderful place to be.”
