Many have a notion that you can’t find true love at a night club. Fortunately this wasn’t the case for Kendric and Semiko. While at the club Semiko noticed Kendric and was immediately drawn to him, there was just something about him that intrigued her. As the night went on she admitted she may have had a little too much to drink but luckily Kendric was around to assist her to her car. They didn’t exchange contact information then but as the stars would align, while out with her friend, Semiko ran into Kendric at a local record store a few days later. Still after this second encounter no contact information was exchanged. However, her friend knew Kendric so they had a mutual connection. A few days after the second encounter her friend called her saying Kendric wanted her number and she would only give it if Semiko was ok with it. Without any hesitation Semiko gave the green light for Kendric to have her phone number. No later than 5-10 minutes after she gave the ok he called and the rest is history!

To celebrate their love we are planning an over the top black tie wedding for them. Serving as their wedding planning, design, and photography company, we styled an upscale engagement session for them at the Bell Tower on 34th here in Houston. We were sure to include a nod to their upcoming wedding colors, black, white and red. Romantic! We can’t wait to share their big day with Munaluchi this summer! What did you do on your first date?
We met up at a lounge and played billiards. Kendric pretended that he didn’t know how to play and then proceeded to beat me in pool! 
Tell us all about the proposal!
Kendric – Our engagement took place at a National Physique competition… that was a hobby that she and I took up because we were so into fitness. We worked out all summer and got to know each other on another level… Believe me if you and the person you love can make it through that diet and training without appearing on “First 48 or Snapped” then it is meant to be! Lol! I did get on one knee and I proposed to her on stage in front of friends and family… it was a great!
What’s your favorite thing to do as a couple?
We love to get dressed up and go out to events but honestly, I love to do anything that requires me to be with him! Due to his odd work schedule we actually LOVE to binge watch series on Netflix when he’s off! 
How has wedding planning been so far?
An absolute to roller coaster. For the most part, the best thing I could have done was getting a wedding planner! The things that I am personally responsible for though, like the guest list, have just been a crazy experience!
