This week’s wedding dress of the week is by a designer by the name of Veluz based in the Philippines.  I don’t think I’ve seen gowns as beautiful and intricate as hers.  They’re pure works of art..with plenty of lace, tulle, beading and ruffles.  I adore this look below.  Get to know more about Veluz on her blog or facebook page.  And these gorgeous photos are by Oly Ruiz of Metrophoto…also very talented.  Indulge!
